Recently after the passing of Michael “KiXSTAr” Stockley in a car accident, everyone in the Rainbow Six Siege community was left shocked especially his casting duo Parker “Interro” Mackay, and since major was up ahead many people in the community were thinking that Interro might miss Six Sweden Major.
On October 29, Interro announced that he will indeed be casting in the upcoming Six Sweden Major and Niclas “Pengu” Mouritzen will be joining him as his casting duo, he also said that there is no one better than Pengu to replace KiXSTAr because of game knowledge both KiXSTAr and Pengu possessed.
Anyone who is aware of Rainbow Six Siege knows who Pengu is since he is considered to be among the best Rainbow Six Siege player both by Casual and Pro Community. It has been more than six months since Pengu retired from the Rainbow Six Siege pro scene but since then has been enjoying it from Audience POV. Pengu was also part of the dominant Penta/G2 era and is also among the few players to win Six Invitational Twice.
Although it has been long since Pengu announced his retirement and yet there have been rumors of Pengu coming back to the Competitive scene. In an article BestPVPers mentioned that Pengu might be thinking of returning to back Rainbow Six Siege competitive scene after Six Invitational 2022.
